On Friday I was out sick with a cold but our team here caught all the backstage action as you’ll see in this footage. In this "Backstage Without Bryan" piece, you’ll see Kathie Lee and Hoda as they arrive to Studio 11, tape a cold open for The Today Show (and The Tonight Show), hang out with Jay and dance backstage. You’ll also see post show commentary from these two fabulous ladies as well as Armie Hammer from “The Social Network.”
