Jeananne Goossen plays Krista on NBC's new medical drama "The Night Shift."
Smart, beautiful and as comfortable with her sensuality as she is with a scalpel, Krista is a skilled surgical resident with something to prove.
The Canadian-born Goossen is an up-and-coming actress who has been cast in recurring roles on several series, including "Emily Owens M.D.," "Alcatraz," "NCIS" and "CSI: NY."
Goossen will next be seen starring in the David Hewlett-directed hacker thriller "Debug" opposite Jason Momoa ("Game of Thrones"). The film centers around six young computer hackers sent to work on a derelict space freighter who are forced to match wits with a vengeful artificial intelligence.
She was last seen starring opposite Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum in the hit film "The Vow."
Goossen is half Chinese, speaks fluent Japanese and has trained in martial arts. She is also an accomplished singer and just released her first single. Prior to her acting career, she studied biochemistry at McGill University in Montreal.
