A message from Tom Wheeler: Winning Villain!

First of all: I was overwhelmed and thrilled at the response we got to our draw-a-villain contest. Looking through all of the entries was super fun. I loved all of the different approaches and angles fans took to the Cape mythology and universe. The decision was difficult and there were a lot of competitors for the top spot. I chose FIREBUG because it was a great design and cool visual villain who captures the right tone and energy.. Also his powers were both augmented by science and homegrown out of the carnival which kept to my general rule. Congrats! There were dozens of villains here that would have been a terrific fit for the wall. My thanks to everyone who participated!Tom Wheeler
