Cain, a member of the mysterious assassin's guild known as the Tarot (based on the Major Arcana of the Tarot, of which there are 22), is a masterful poisoner. His concoctions are deadly and his manner menacing. Cain is able to disguise his deadly poisons by exploiting his great talent as a gourmet chef, often serving them in appealingly sophisticated dishes. He takes pride in his fatal strikes, leaving his calling card, The Tower, behind in order to take credit for his work.

                               

Cain is creepy in both appearance and deed. Slender with greasy, long hair, he has a tattoo of The Tower symbol on his arm. He exhibits no remorse for having killed his mother, brother, two sisters and second wife. Cain's first and third wives are also deceased, likely by his hand. Not all of Cain's crimes have been pinned to him, but he has spent time in Owl Island Prison.
