With Bob, physical fitness engages the mind and spirit as well as the body. His training methods embrace personal motivation and life counseling. He has trained many celebrities including Gwyneth Paltrow, Ben Stiller, and Ellen DeGeneres, and wrote the foreword to The Biggest Loser book (Rodale 2005).
Greg Hottinger, Registered Dietitian
Greg Hottinger is a registered dietitian with a Master's degree in Nutrition from UNC-Chapel Hill. He worked as a nutritionist at the reknowned Duke University Diet & Fitness Center and currently co-owns a weight loss coaching business. Greg is the author of The Best Natural Foods on the Market Today: A Yuppie's Guide to Hippie Food.
Michael Scholtz, Certified Trainer
Michael has an MA in Exercise Physiology and is certified by the American Council on Exercise and National Strength and Conditioning Association. He worked at the Duke University Diet and Fitness Center from 1991 to 2001, including 3 years as fitness director. In 2001 Michael co-founded NOVO Wellness, LLC, a company dedicated to helping clients find a new path to weight loss through individualized coaching. He is also a licensed wellness coach and faculty member with Wellcoaches Inc. Dr. Michael Dansinger, Physician
Dr. Dansinger is an internal medicine physician who completed a nutrition research fellowship at Tufts University. He serves as director of clinical studies and obesity research at Tufts. He also holds a position with the Lipid Metabolism Laboratory at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts.
