Rommy Engel joined the Biggest Loser Club Summer Challenge. Here's her story:
"I have lost 32 pounds of fear, guilt, shame, frustration, and sadness! Overall, the key to success, for me, was about planning ahead so that diet and exercise became easy, convenient, and a general part of my new life. I followed the provided diet and made extra single servings of some of my favorites like Doc's Chili or the Kelly MacSnack. For cardio inspiration, I registered for a half marathon and began a training program that corresponded to the frequency and difficulty recommended by the Biggest Loser program. I also printed out the circuit training and copied Bob twice a week! I chose The Biggest Loser program because it is about hard work and a healthy diet. I plan on continuing to establish new challenges for myself (maybe a full marathon??!!) and remaining a Biggest Loser Club member for support, motivation, and information. I am thrilled to note that I have inspired my mother to begin the program and hope to show others that becoming your best self is a process that is enjoyable and fulfilling and is one that not only affects you, but everyone around you!"
