The Blue team now had to eliminate somebody from the team. Jay already had immunity and Roger had lost the most weight that week, so both men were safe. This left Mark, Dan and Trent vulnerable to elimination. Trent made it a logic point that he should be sent home so he can get his knee worked on and he can get himself mentally in check. The Blue team went along with Trent's decision and sent him home.
