(Responses after the finale)
What were the advantages and disadvantages of being paired with your partner?
It was great to come into this with somebody I was so close to. Jay is my brother, it's great to be here with him because he's the one person who knows me the best. He was a built-in support system. The disadvantage is that he's my brother. You know how brothers get along. There was some bickering and fighting, but in the end, he's my brother and he was here for me.
How did the show bring you and your partner closer?
It's an experience nobody can understand unless they were there. We went through this together. The twists and turns of game play. We were a team.
What will you miss most about the ranch?
I will miss the passion that's here. You focus on working out and eating right. That's it. There were no outside distractions. It was great.
What tips did the trainers give you?
The most important tip I am taking with me is to start fast and finish strong. Take that workout to the very end.

What were the advantages/disadvantages of being paired up with your partner?
The biggest advantage was having someone to share the ups and downs with. Also, you have someone to lean on and pick you up when you're down. I didn't see any disadvantages to having a partner.
How did it bring you closer?
Sharing this experience with my brother has given me something no one else will understand and will bond us together forever.
What will you miss most about the campus/ranch?
I'll miss the protection that being on campus brings you. The only thing you have to worry about is yourself and losing weight.
What is the most important tip the trainers gave you?
Change will not come without pain.
**Mark's exit interview was conducted before he knew he was returning to the ranch the second time around to compete to be the next Biggest Loser.
