phil'S BIOGRAPHY

Phil has always shared the dream of being on the fire department. There is one thing standing in his way of accomplishing that dream, his weight. Phil has always been a heavy guy, playing football for Miami University, but now his weight is out of control. He wants to be a healthy and fit husband for his wife, Stephanie, and an active father for his daughter, Grace. Being a big fan of the outdoors, he currently enjoys learning how to fish and likes to take short bike rides with his two-year-old daughter. But now he wants to be able to participate in his daughter's life even more as she grows up, and knows he must get his health on the right track in order to do that.
