NICOLE'S PARTING THOUGHTS

How was your experience on the campus?
My experience on the campus was moving. I absolutely loved every minute I was there. I think I was about one of only a handful of people that never ever wanted to go home. Despite the fact I put in blood, sweat, and tears, I enjoyed every single second there. I had tons of fun, got to meet amazing people and formed a strong relationship with my trainer. My relationship with Bob was priceless and I was lucky enough to make some amazing friends. I will miss it, tremendously.

What tips did the trainers give you?
It's hard to sum that up in just a couple of sentences. I think the best advice that Bob gave was that he said, "Eat 100% well, 80% of the time". Which means, eat healthy, but don't deprive yourself, because we live in the real world. We are only on this campus for a few months, we are [in] living a very healthy environment and cut-off from all temptations. When we go back to the real world, remember to not deprive yourself, but also remember to not forget your new lifestyle. When it comes to exercise, I was reminded that it wasn't just about the gym, we ran laps around the campus, we hiked, we kayaked. It's about finding what you really like to do. Seeing the strength in what you accomplished and remembering why you are here and to keep pushing forward. The thing with Bob is that he did push us at the gym, the fact he got to know us and told us to get to know ourselves. To realize how strong we really are and that in turn will keep us successful.

What will you miss most from the campus?
I am going to miss the people the most. Bob and Neil made this experience for me. I am going to miss the convenience of waking up and walking down and [having] a healthy breakfast, then going to the gym and being able to completely focus on myself. Going back to the real world is kind of scary. You have to pay your bills, go back to work, you have to figure how you are going to fit in your work out routine. But, not being able to see the people you see now on a daily basis, especially Bob and Neil, is bad. That's the best word I can use to describe it. I will not be missing that nasty kitchen!

Will you be keeping in touch with anybody from the show?
I definitely will be keeping touch with people. I don't think I can get in contact with anybody from the show until the finale, but I can talk to Bob as much I want. I think I will be talking to him very regularly. Just because, we are not just trainer and trainee, we are friends and thinking about not seeing him today is freaking me out. So, I can't wait to get my cell phone back and just call him and thank him for everything. But, I am definitely keeping in touch with other contestants. You share this once and a lifetime opportunity with these people, you are going to be making them a part of your lives from this point forward.

Will you be watching the show from home?
Of course I will be watching the show from home! I have to admit, I was pretty proud of myself while on the show, I lost a significant amount of weight and did a really good job and unfortunately the scale wasn't my friend this week and I am here. But, I think I did an amazing job. Along with everybody else who has been on the show with me this season. Every week, I will be a faithful viewer.
