AMBER'S PARTING THOUGHTS

How was your experience on the campus?
Overall, it was a positive experience. Of course, with something like this, you are going to take away positive and negative things. But, I believe it overall was very positive.

Are you going to stay in touch with any of the people you met on the show?
It was such a short period that I was there, that I will probably be in contact with them more after the finale airs.

What will you miss most from the campus?
I won't miss challenges a bit! I think one of the things I will miss the most is the comrade and the comfort zone. I was meeting people that had similar experiences and going through the same struggles. We were all there for the same reasons.

What tips did the trainers give you?
Kim is such a well-balanced trainer, she would say "you have to do this" and "you have to do that". The trainers taught me about balance and diet and ridding yourself of all the fad diets. The trainers taught me to find the perfect cardio exercise that will bring my heart rate up and to enjoy the workout.

Are you going to be watching the show from home?
I thought about that question a lot, actually. Maybe. I don't know if I want to see myself. But, I would be curious on what happens after my departure.
