In December 2008 I stepped on a scale and weighed 427 pounds. That was my wake up call. In spite of all my obstacles I took control and began losing weight. I couldn't afford the gym so I found other ways to work out. In February of 2010 I weighed in at 201 pounds. I did it with hard work and dedication, diet control and work outs that wouldn't quit. I kept pushing myself harder and harder. That was the first time since I was 14 that I weighed less that 220 pounds. In July I hurt my knee, shoulder and pulled a muscle in my back. I was taken out of the workout circuit by the doctor. Unfortunately I gained some of it back. Three weeks ago I was given the ok to work out again. I weighed in at 257.6 and I am now already down to 236.3. Hopefully I can keep it going!
