My highest weight was 265 and after losing 92 pounds in 2003 I have been able to maintain my new weight of 173 pounds. At 51 years of age, it is not an easy task. I lead a very active lifestyle exercising almost every day including treadmill and weight training. It's been a difficult journey and I characterize maintainance as literally a 'fight to the death' and I continue to be up to the challenge. Thank you for your incredibly inspirational program. I has instilled in me a renewed vigor to continue the 'good fight'.
