Easy Creamy Vanilla Peaches

Yield 10 portions

Ingredients:
6 peaches, pealed
1/2 cup agave nectar plus 1 cup water
1 vanilla bean
1 cup reduced fat cream cheese (soften)
3 envelops of gelatin
2 tbs lemon fresh lemon juice

GARNISH:
fresh peaches cut in half...grilled


INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a small sauce pan place the peaches pealed, water and agave, simmer at mid low heat until peaches soften.
2. Mix the gelatin with the peach syrup until well dissolved
3. In a blender place the peaches, gelatin mixture, soft cream cheese, lemon juice until well combined.
