Cilantro Roasted Jalapeno Sauce

Yields: 3 1/2 cups (Fourteen 1/4 cup servings)

Ingredients:
1 Jalapeno roasted, seeded
1 Clove Garlic
1 Bunch Cilantro
1/2 Cup Onions, rough chop
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1 tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 Cup Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Hass Avocado

Instructions:
REMOVE Skin and seeds from the jalapeno
BLEND all ingredients, including roasted jalapenos until smooth consistency
