1 1.25-pound package extra lean ground turkey
Shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons ketchup
1/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
5 small whole wheat buns
Divide ground turkey into 5 portions. Shape each portion of ground turkey into a cone shape (so it looks like a volcano) with center somewhat hollowed. Bake in oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes or until done and no longer pink in the center. Check internal temperature of burger with a meat thermometer. Meat is done when temperature reaches 165 degrees. Place lettuce around bottom of the buns to simulate grass. Add ketchup into the hollowed out portion of the burgers and along the side to make it look like lava coming out. Sprinkle the tops of each "volcano" with cheeses. Makes 5 burgers.
