Hannah's Cheesy Turkey Chomper

Ingredients

1 1.25-pound package extra lean ground turkey
5 slices light white cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons light mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons honey
5 pickles
5 small whole wheat buns


Instructions
Form ground turkey into 5 small patties. Cook until done and no longer pink in the center (approximately 8 to 10 minutes). Check internal temperature of burger with a meat thermometer. Meat is done when temperature reaches 165 degrees. Melt cheese on top. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and honey together. Spread mayo mixture on both sides of the buns. Place a turkey burger in each bun. Serve with a pickle. Makes 5 burgers.
