The Black Team is gathered in the kitchen awaiting the results of the elimination, and the tension is thick. The last member of the Red Team to enter is Roy, and Daphne full well knows what this means. It's not long before Daphne and Conda are arguing... Early the next morning, Alison meets the contestants and trainers by the pool, carrying what looks like two heart-shaped boxes of candy. This week, Bob and Dolvett will pick one contestant from their teams to go home. Buddy immediately hopes to go home to see his month-old baby, and Chris is hoping Bob will pick her. Then Alison drops the bomb: the person who goes home will be the only person whose weight will count for their team. Not only that, Bob and Dolvett will accompany their players home. Dolvett chooses Conda, and Bob chooses Daphne. Alison explains that no one will get to take the week off; the team that wins the weigh-in will earn a one-pound advantage for their player.
