After Emily's elimination, Alison addresses the remaining players. They've proven they can lose weight on the ranch; they've proven they can lose weight at home; but can they lose weight in one of the most difficult places on the planet? The good news is everyone's going on vacation to Hawaii! It's time to test the excuse "I can't lose weight on vacation." Excited, the players return to the house to pack their T-shirts and sweats, and the next day, they're in Hawaii. As it turns out, none of the players have been there before, so they're all experiencing the island paradise for the first time. Everyone gathers on the beach to meet the trainers who arrive in paddleboats to remind that they're on the island to work - and they have a weigh-in at the end of the week.
