I have been on countless diets for most of my life. I started my most recent journey 2 years ago. I was 26 years old and I was 342 pounds. I went on a diet that consisted of certain meats, fruits and veggies and I started working out about a year ago. In 2 years I have lost 150 pounds. I have 40 more pounds left to go, but My statement to me and everyone else is NEVER GIVE UP! I am living a new healthy lifestyle now and I stronger physically and emotionaly then I have ever been in my life!
