The "Before" picture is of me at the Christmas dinner table in 12/04 at my HEAVIEST I have ever been in my whole life topping out at 246! The "After" picture is of me at a Holiday get together at work in 12/08 at my LOWEST so far since I started my weight loss journey over 4 years ago weighing in around 165! Now, I have been much lower then this in my life......around 135-145 most of my adult years, however after ending a bad relationship & going through a horrible custody battle I gained 110+ pounds! It has been a long road back down to what I once was both on the Outside & Inside.......but I am almost there.......only have about "30 pounds" to go to reach my goal weigh of 135 and am trying my hardest to get it done by Summer 2009! I mainly do a Low-Sugar/Carb Diet with lots of healthy whole wheat carbs, fruits, veggies, lean meats & dairy.....and hit the gym 5-7 times a week.....running, weight lifting & doing lots of abs! AS SAID BEFORE BY MANY IF I CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU!!! =)
