After spending all of my high school years being overweight, and seeing how terribly overweight I looked in graduation photos, I decided to take action the summer after high school was over. Since November of 2007, I have lost a little over 100 lbs, and while I am proud of the progress I've made, I know I've still got a little ways to go. It's not just about dieting and changing the way you eat for a short period of time, it's about a lifestyle change-changing your life for the better. It's a very rewarding and exciting change to make!
