Eric Trump

Eric F. Trump joined The Trump Organization in 2006 after graduating with honors from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., with a degree in Finance and Management and a minor in Psychology.

As Executive Vice President of Development and Acquisitions, Eric is actively involved in all aspects of real estate development and deal flow, both nationally and internationally. From acquisition and development to sales and marketing functions, he plays a pivotal role in Trump projects around the world.

He is also credited, with his father Donald J. Trump and siblings Donald Jr. and Ivanka, with the creation and management of Trump Hotel Collection ™, the award winning hotel management company, established in 2007, building on the success of the flagship Trump International Hotel & Tower New York, the only double Forbes (formerly Mobil) Five Star property in New York. The current management portfolio includes properties in New York (Central Park and SoHo), Chicago, Las Vegas, Waikiki, Panama and Toronto (opening January 2012).

Nationally, Eric has been instrumental in the development of Trump International Hotel & Tower® Chicago, currently the second tallest building in North America. Eric also focuses on the ongoing management of Trump International Hotel™ Las Vegas, personally overseeing all aspects of the project, from marketing and sales to hotel operations. Trump International Hotel Las Vegas soars high above the famous Las Vegas strip and is known for its incredible views, expansive layouts and world class amenities including its Forbes four-star spa, The Spa at Trump® and signature restaurant, DJT®.

Recently announced in August 2011, Trump Tower™ Manila, a Trump-licensed, super luxury residential property is another project that Eric is currently focusing on. Eric works diligently with Century Properties, the developer of the project, ensuring that Trump's superior brand standards are met. Trump Tower Manila is planned to become one of the Philippines' tallest and most exclusive residential structures, and is the latest Trump branded property in Asia.

Additionally, Eric is managing the development of Trump Seven Springs, planned to be the highest end residential project in Westchester, NY and situated on the former Rockefeller and Meyer family estate. Positioned on over 230 acres this project will feature luxury estates, an exclusive equestrian facility and other privately managed amenities.

Since joining the Trump Organization, Eric, has been instrumental in the expansion of Trump Golf - the company's world class portfolio of courses. Alongside his father, Donald J. Trump, Eric has worked to develop the course portfolio from six courses to 10, and has worked on extensive course and clubhouse improvements, bringing the signature Trump "touch" to each course, significantly increasing club quality and membership. Eric continues to work very closely with the construction teams at all Trump National and International Golf Clubs to ensure that the courses and clubhouses are maintained to the highest caliber of Trump standards. Among the courses purchased are Trump National Golf Club Washington D.C., an 850 acre club with three miles of frontage on the Potomac River, Trump National Golf Club Colts Neck, Trump National Golf Club Hudson Valley and Trump National Golf Club Philadelphia.

Along with his work at the Trump Organization, Eric actively pursues business ventures and opportunities on his own, including his latest project, Trump Winery, formerly known as Kluge Estate and Vineyard, a leading manufacturer of award-winning East Coast wines. In Eric's role as president, he works in all aspects - from winemaking to marketing, to distribution and sales.

Eric is a rising star in the business sector and has appeared as a keynote speaker for international business and real estate conferences nationwide, as well as in various press outlets such CNBC, Fox, NBC, Fox Business and The New York Post. Most notably, Eric has become a prominent fixture on Donald J. Trump's Fabulous World of Golf, which aired on The Golf Channel. Eric also appears regularly as a task advisor and Boardroom judge on "The Apprentice" and "The Celebrity Apprentice" on NBC. Recently, Eric was recognized by Forbes Magazine among their top "30 under 30" in Real Estate for 2012.

Eric also works fervently to aid children in need and founded The Eric Trump Foundation for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in 2007. Over the last five years, the Foundation has raised more than $4 million dollars in donations and is dedicated to improving the lives of children battling life-threatening or debilitating medical conditions at St. Jude (www.erictrumpfoundation.com). Additionally, Eric serves on the board of his preparatory boarding school, The Hill School, in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.
