Leila Ali

Laila Ali is a world-class athlete, fitness and wellness expert, cooking enthusiast, founder of the Laila Ali Lifestyle brand and mother of two toddler-aged children. The daughter of the legendary Muhammad Ali, she is also a four-time undefeated world boxing champion, whose stellar record includes 24 wins (21 of which were "knockouts") and zero losses.

In addition to her work on "Stars Earn Stripes," Ali is currently the host of "Everyday Health" airing nationwide on ABC. She is a former contributing correspondent for CBS' "The Early Show" and was co-host of "American Gladiators." Ali also authored and published a motivational book for young women titled "Reach!" (Hyperion, 2003). She has appeared in various cooking segments on the Food Network's "Emeril" and "Rachael Ray," with recipes geared towards a healthy, active lifestyle. In 2007 she captured the hearts of millions and made it to the final round of the fourth season of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars."

Never one to turn down a good challenge, and always eager to encourage others to live an active lifestyle, Ali is this year's "Mombassador" for the Aquaphor New York City Triathlon, a competition in which she will be participating in July 2012.

Carefully building a successful branding and licensing empire, Ali recently launched her own signature line of beauty and personal care products. In late 2012 consumers will find her custom line of fresh salsas, salad dressings, seasonings and marinades on store shelves everywhere. Also rolling out in 2012 is a line of styling tools Ali is creating with hair care powerhouse Helen of Troy.

Ali was born in Miami, Florida. She graduated from Santa Monica College in Los Angeles with a degree in business management, and at one time owned a very popular nail salon. Ali and her husband, former NFL star Curtis Conway, live in Los Angeles, with their three-year old son Curtis Jr., and one-year old daughter Sydney.
