Derek Wills

Winner of two Olivier Awards for productions of "Uncle Vanya" and "Greater Title." Broadway: "The Full Monty," "Chicago," "Hairspray," "Uncle Vanya," "Greater Title," "Wit." Wills was nominated for a Tony and a Drama Desk award for "The Full Monty." Wills' independent film credits include "The Underbelly" (New Line) and "Home for Good" (Lionsgate). He has also directed several BBC specials and is an Adjunct Professor of Directing at LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art). Wills recently signed on to direct a project based on the life of Marilyn Monroe, with early collaborator Tom Levitt. A true son of the West End, Derek Wills spent his childhood shadowing his father, Charles Wills, a well-known orchestral flutist.
