So as you know, we got voted off during the 'guilty pleasure' episode... Definitely a bit of a bummer, but this experience has been such a source of positive energy to each and every one of us that it's impossible to focus on the negative for too long. We worked hard this week and definitely left it all out on the stage, but the fact is, there are some super amazing groups on this show. I mean, it's the Sing-Off on NBC! Have you heard of it?
Look at this way: we had the opportunity to make beautiful music with each other on national television in the presence of some of the most talented people we've ever known - contestants, producers, and judges alike. And more importantly, we arrived as the Deltones and we're proudly leaving as the Deltones. Huge shout out to all the Deltone alumni and the rest of the UD family - you are our inspiration!
We'll be cheering on the remaining groups from campus and wherever life takes us. Chloe's moving in with her husband, Cortney's moving back to Boston, Keith and a few others are heading to Philly, and Jess and I are off to NY with a couple of the 'tones. Each of us doing our own thing, but we're keeping the bonds made on this show alive and well.
