We're the Deltones! It's so nice to meet you. By this point, I'm sure you've seen a decent amount of background information about us so I won't bore you with all that...
This is so surreal. I can't really communicate how excited we all are to be on the Singoff, such a long way from campus (hey UD!) We've taken road trips before, but nothing like this. When we travel, we're used to sleeping on floors and in the back of cars, not in nice hotels with a never-ending supply of warm cookies. And also a gym to work off the never-ending supply of warm cookies.
We're here to work hard, meet some amazing people, and above all, have a great time making beautiful music with each other. Because really, what else is there?
And by the way, my name is Avi - I sing bass and arrange for the group. I'll be your virtual Deltones liaison in these coming weeks. I'm pretty sure my mom will be the only person reading this, but JUST IN CASE there's more of you, feel free to leave comments and/or questions below each post. Especially if I misspell anything. And check out the Facebook and Twitter tabs on our contestant pages to follow us. We'll do our best to stay in touch throughout the season.
Time to get ready for our first show.
