Tom Stroup, co-host of "School Pride," is a SWAT commander and fitness expert with over 25 years of SWAT training experience. He has completed more than 200 SWAT missions, and is the five-time World Champion in International SWAT competition.
Stroup won a Gold Medal in the Toughest Cop Alive competition in Police Olympics, and remains a record holder for the SWAT obstacle course. In addition to being a certified personal trainer, Stroup is also a college professor at Everest University.
Stroup has created and starred in a five-set fitness video called "Swatworkout," and has appeared in several local television and radio programs in the role of host or performer. He also hosted reality show pilots for "The Sheriff" and "Fit For Duty."
Community involvement is also a priority for Stroup, as he participates in feeding homeless mothers and children, travels on mission trips to various countries, and also mentors troubled teens.
In his spare time, Stroup designed and built two homes, and has also designed hundreds of pieces of custom furniture.
