Alexandra Breckenridge | Carly McKenna
Breckenridge recently starred on FX's chilling breakout miniseries "American Horror Story." Created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, "American Horror Story" focuses on a family who moves into a new home, which they soon discover is haunted. Breckenridge played the housekeeper, Moira, whom fans loved for her unusual and provocative behavior.
She was also seen on Season 4 of the HBO hit "True Blood." She played Katerina, a spy sent by Bill Compton - the newly appointed Vampire King of Louisiana - to infiltrate a pesky witch coven who was causing trouble for the vampires. Breckenridge is also well known for lending her voice to Fox's animated series "Family Guy" and "American Dad." For the past six years, she has portrayed numerous characters on both shows and has revealed a knack for impersonating some of Hollywood's most well-known celebrities. Breckenridge was also a series regular on the FX dramatic series "Dirt," in which she starred opposite Courtney Cox.
Breckenridge began her acting career in local theater outside of San Francisco at the young age of 12. Within a short time, she landed her breakout role in ABC's children's series, R.L. Stine's "Ghost of Fear Street."
Her impressive list of film credits includes "She's the Man," opposite Amanda Bynes, the independent feature "Bridge to Nowhere," the comedy short "D.E.B.S." and the video "Rings," which served as a bridge between the two horror films "The Ring" and "The Ring Two."
On television, she has guest-starred on a variety of series, including "Psych," "Franklin and Bash," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "Medium," "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Freaks and Geeks" and "Sons of Tucson."
Breckenridge currently resides in Los Angeles.
