It's Nasim's birthday today and we here in the backstage blog thought there'd be no better way to celebrate than by watching one of Nasim's character, Bedilia, celebrating her birthday. Vicarious bday! It was a great moment with Baldwin that seemed to solidify this character for Nasim and it's set at a birthday party! Come on, it's almost too perfect! It looks like December is set to be awesome with Steve Buscemi set to host the December 3rd show with The Black Keys as musical guest. Buscemi, coming off a crazy season on Boardwalk Empire (a favorite around the office) is returning for his second time as host, while The Black Keys are also coming back to 30 Rock for a second time to promote their new album, El Camino.
So let's all get excited cuz things are bound to get awesome and weird and awesomely weird when Buscemi and The Black Keys return! To prepare yourselves, enjoy this great sketch from Buscemi's first appearance on April 4th 1998!
