Leslie and Ben are engaged! And Leslie is shouting it from the rooftops (literally). Chris is completely ecstatic for the two, so much so that he wants to accompany them around as they share the news with their other coworkers (little does he know that he's actually the LAST one in the office to find out). Ben and Leslie go around the office, telling everyone (again) that they're engaged, met with half-hearted reactions.
