Rajiv played by Rizwan Manji

Rizwan Manji stars in NBC's new comedy series Outsourced as Rajiv Gidwani, the assistant manager of the Mid America Novelties call center in India, who dreams of someday taking over as manager in order to move out of his parents' house and get married. He is desperate for Todd (Ben Rappaport) to either succeed quickly or fail and go home, so he can replace him as the manager of the call center.

Prior to Outsourced, he was cast as a series regular in the ABC pilot "Fourplay" from executive producers David Kohan and Max Mutchnick ("Will ↦ Grace"). Recently Manji has been seen on "Glee," "How I Met Your Mother," and "Hawthorne," as well as recurring on "FlashForward," "Three Rivers," and "Better off Ted." Manji also recurred as Ahman on the final season of "24," though he is probably best known for playing the cantankerous butler Rami on the series "Privileged."

His film credits include supporting roles in "Charlie Wilson's War," "Transformers," and the upcoming "Morning Glory."

Manji was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and was raised in Calgary, Alberta where he attended Crescent Heights High School. His ancestry is from a small village in Gujarat, India, however both his parents were raised and met in Tanzania, East Africa. Manji graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. He currently makes Studio City, California his home.

Rajiv: Recently promoted to manager (although only in title), Rajiv is still up to his old tricks, plotting and scheming his way through the workday. When he's not busy angling for Todd's job, he's doing whatever it takes to impress his true love, Vimi. Hard-nosed and unapologetic, he's the last person his workers would want to cross.
