Unemployment rate drops to four-year low

The November jobs report showed that the unemployment rate is down to 7.7 percent, but three years after the recession, "we still are only about halfway back to breaking even on jobs," CNBC's Kayla Tausche told TODAY's Erica Hill. (TODAY)
