The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with Ryan Fitzpatrick, who will replace Matt Hasselbeck as the backup quarterback to Jake Locker. It's a money saving move, and as long as Locker stays healthy the Titans don't have to worry about the loss of Hasselbeck.
