In a first account of the hostage situation, the Algerian prime minister said Monday that the Islamic militants who attacked a BP facility in the Algerian desert were prepared to blow it up. Police in Marinette, Wisc., say a 15-year-old gunman shot himself after releasing the 23 students and a teacher he held hostage for five hours. His condition is unknown. NBC's Kevin Tibbles reports.
