Is rule change for running backs likely?
DPS: Dan Patrick gives his take on the proposed rule, that would change the way running backs use their helmets. There is a chance that it could pass this week, but Patrick thinks that there is an even better chance the rule will get put on the shelf until later on in the year. (NBC Sports)
