Evidence lost during Superstorm Sandy impacting trials
Superstorm Sandy has made a mess of criminal trials in New York City where two warehouses full of evidence were flooded out in the storm. The NYPD is still working to recover that evidence. Steve Banks, chief lawyer for the Legal Aid Society, joins MSNBC's Craig Melvin to discuss the implications of the damage. (msnbc)
