Cancer study: Most don't need double mastectomy

Nov. 28: A new study by the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center found that most women diagnosed with cancer in one breast have a very low risk of it occurring in the other breast, and therefore don't necessarily need a double mastectomy.
