Obama leads in polls despite negative campaigning
According to a new NBC-WSJ poll the negative campaigning has taken its toll on both candidates but more people said they didn't like Romney personally. President Obama was viewed negatively by 43 percent of voters and Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney had a negative rating of 40 percent. NBC's Chuck Todd reports. (Nightly News)
