Episode 9
Crown Princess Dethroned…
“As a former beauty queen I know what a crown is, but I do not know what crown molding is.” ~ Erin on The Home Depot.
Erin, Erin, Erin, you almost gave your fired collogue Audrey a run for her money with that type of commentary. More importantly, it seemed to me that not only did you give up from the get-go and not contribute, but you let your guard down and almost seemed to be acting dumb on purpose, which I don’t believe you are. Why were you consistently talking about beauty crowns, clothing lines and shoes like it was the only thing you knew about? The people around you are not only judging you, but also competing against you. Not wise. You were consistently strong in the boardroom, I’ll give you that – a real tough contender, but it wasn’t enough this time around. And I must admit that giving DT sexy winks on two different occasions really freaked me out and was totally inappropriate. I don’t know what type of boardrooms you’ve been in before, but winking at Donald was just a little more then creepy to me. You gave it a good go though and congratulations for making it as far as you did in the competition. Hey, you never know, the “Tool Time Girl” idea on your taxi exodus was actually quite brilliant. I’d be calling them right now if I were you! At that, goodbye to our crown princess. I’m sure there’s a boardroom prince out there somewhere for you.
As for the rest of you… Craig, one of my infamous “under the radar players”, you stepped up as PM and took home an incredible win. Although none of your teammates were on your side or supportive in the least, you handled the challenge calmly, coolly, practically, single-handedly and downright beautifully. Your idea was ingenious. I would buy one of your “boxes” in a heartbeat if I had children. Good for you! Well done. Oh and the reward, wow! Let’s talk about that one, shall we? It was probably one of the greatest of all-time in Apprentice history. The zero gravity plane had to have been simply mind-blowing, truly an experience of a lifetime. I was downright jealous.
I also have to address Kendra at this point as well, one of my true “under the radar players”. Now Kendra in my opinion has been a little tough to figure out, even though she won as PM, because she is just that, “under the radar”. However, I must say that I was extremely impressed when she admitted that her opinion of Craig and his idea was incorrect. It takes a lot of integrity to do so and not only do I commend her for that, but I really think she may have the makings of the next Apprentice. Watch it happen, folks – and if it does, you heard it here first.
As far as Net worth goes, you guys are getting killed these days. Angie, although you’re obviously very intelligent, the lack of respect for your team isn’t going to help you. Chris, there are classes for anger management. And Stephanie, you seem to be hanging on by a thread. It just doesn’t look good guys, I’m sorry.
Now, whom haven’t I addressed? Oh, Tana and Todd, my other two “under the radar players”. Just the fact that I didn’t see much of either of you two leads me to believe you’ll at least end up in the top four. So far, I haven’t been wrong and I’ve been making this call since the first few episodes. Who wants to place some bets?
I’ll end here with another congratulations to Craig and team Magna. Great job. I’m still seething with jealousy from your zero gravity plane reward. Just incredible!
Sincerely,
Your Apprentice Alumna,
Jennifer D. Crisafulli
