Wondering what's happened to last season's candidates? We caught up with some of them and here's what they had to say about their Apprentice experience.

KATRINA CAMPINS

How did appearing on The Apprentice change your life and/or career plans?

This past year has been a roller coaster ride! WOW! I am so grateful for my experiences. I greatly appreciate all the support and attention I have received and continue to receive from the public. Initially, the level of attention was a bit surprising.

What were the best and worst things about the experience?

I learned so much!!! If one really wants something badly enough, he/she can make it happen. If you refuse to accept anything but the best, you will usually attain it. You can accomplish anything you put your mind to in a very limited amount of time. If you simply ask, as outrageous as it may seem, you will more often than not obtain. Some of the things I previously would have thought to be unattainable, I now find to be effortless.

The worst part about the experience is realizing that your persona is completely up for grabs.

Who, if anyone, from the show do you keep in contact with?

We are a big dysfunctional family that sticks together! I love my castmates. They have become my second family. I keep in touch with most of them, Heidi, Ereka, Kwame, Nick, Bill, Jessie, Bowie, Sam, Jessie & Troy. I love you guys!!!! ;)

In your opinion, what three words best describe Donald Trump?

Donald Trump is Confident. He is a marketing genius & he has a great sense of humor!

What are you up to now?

I am now the proud owner of The Campins Company. The Campins Company is a boutique real estate brokerage firm that caters to the luxury residential market and represents developers through its marketing and sales of high-end residential developments. I founded The Campins Company in 2004 to better serve my extensive network of clients, which includes diplomats, celebrities and athletes, through the company's superior level of service. I continue to appear on television in my role as a weekly correspondent for ESPN, where I have covered events such as the NFL Draft and the ESPY Awards, and as a regular guest on CNBC. I am also hosting "Step Inside With Katrina Campins", an informative South Florida real estate show.

What advice can you offer to the new Apprentice candidates?

Laugh!!!!! Please realize it is entertainment!!!! Some weeks you will want to cry and others you will want to scream but laugh!!!! Learn from the criticism and move on! Be proud of your accomplishments!!!
