Episode 3
STACIE GIRL...
DON'T ASK THE EIGHT BALL-
ASK THE SUPREME APPRENTICE DIVA OMAROSA!!!
You are not CRAZY!! The only thing CRAZY about this situation is that you were FIRED instead of Maria, Ivana, or your weak project manager Elizabeth.
Elizabeth was a dreadful project manager who blindly allowed Ivana to handle money without managerial oversight. She even disclosed this fact to DT in the boardroom: that she was not aware of the over spending until five minutes prior to entering the boardroom. Maria made a critical mistake when she cut a midnight-hour deal with a printer on a wish and a prayer. Ivana remained consistent in her lackluster contribution to her team as budget manager. She failed to keep tabs on the entire budget and allowed Maria to enter blindly into a printing deal without a written agreement. This mismanagement led to their defeat and to yet another dramatic boardroom scene with DT.
This boardroom was an excellent example of "Game Theory". The members of Apex united together (even if temporarily) to achieve their goal of removing Stacie J. from the game. They were quite successful in portraying Stacie J. as mentally unfit to serve the Trump organization in any capacity. As a result, he fired her on the grounds that the other women thought that she was crazy and a threat to their well-being.
The men's team allowed Andy to explore a risky insurance prize scheme which demonstrated his youth in glaring terms. The time frame did not allow for the development of this type of scheme. I do like Andy's ability to THINK BIG. This will serve him well in some of the forthcoming tasks, which I am sure will require grander ideas. Fortunately, Kevin took control of this potentially negative situation and turned it into a positive. I commend his outstanding leadership on this particular task.
There will be many twists and turns this season, I anticipate much more drama from Team Apex in the weeks to come.
