Heidi's Predictions and Observations...for Season Two

Check back each week for Heidi's commentary!

Episode 14

I do not know what was more shocking this week... Sandy getting fired or Kelly telling Raj, John and Elizabeth that he loves them. Sweet gesture but a little weird.

The interviews were interesting but the real drama happened in tonight's boardroom! Holy cow, either Jen had a serious case of PMS or she truly is mean-spirited. This is a boardroom, not a courtroom. I can understand defending yourself in certain situations, however, attacking Sandy right from the start was rude and out of line. Jen, you are smart, we get it. But claiming Sandy has no experience, was just plain stupid. What do you call running a business from the age of 21? I personally think that Trump likes to watch the catfights so he created a scenario where the two women would have to battle it out. It was interesting to see who would win the battle. I knew Jen would win when she was able to throw out some statistics about the Trump organization. However, what does moving across the country have to do with earning a spot in the final two? I would also like to add that Trump knows your background so there really is no need to bring up the fact that you have attended such prestigious universities. Speaking of education, Kevin seemed to get fired because he had too many degrees. Sort of ironic since last year Troy may have been fired because he never attended college.

The one thing I did agree with was Trump choosing Kelly as a finalist. You may hate him but he has a proven track record on and off the show. Who cares that the candidates are not too fond of him. I worked in corporate America for ten years and I never really loved the people on top. Men and women do not become CEOs because everyone likes them personally. That is why Jen and Kelly are a perfect fit.

Kelly: Congratulations on making it to the final two and for finally wearing a shirt when you answered the phone! I am concerned about next week for two reasons. One, you have Mother Nature, who is not on your side, and two you chose a group of employees (excluding Elizabeth) who truly dislike you. If you are smart, you will get your butt off of the computer and get your hands dirty.

Jen: Bad move on delegating the main task to Pamela and Chris. Look at what happened last year with Kwame. Now, Pamela and Chris in my opinion are much more reliable than Omarosa, but if you want something done right then do it yourself -- especially in this case. If Chris Webber does not show up, it is your butt on the line, not theirs. I do think you are extremely bright; but, if you want to win this then you'd better take total control of this event.

I think it is more entertaining when the final two candidates hate each other. Last year was a love fest between Kwame and Bill. It is more exciting to see who finally will get hired when the two finalists despise one another. I can't wait to see what happens when the winner is announced next week. I do not know what is worse... having to see the reaction of the loser or attending the live finale with Omarosa.
