Heidi's Predictions and Observations...for Season Two Check back each week for Heidi's commentary! Episode 11 I do not know what was more shocking this week: Two candidates being fired or Donald saying he wears jeans. The day I see Donald dressed casually is the day I wear a conservative suit. (It will not happen) I think the firings were completely called for this week. I like Wes and Maria, but I did not know what was worse… Maria taking too much control or Wes letting her have it. Speaking of team players, why would Wes let Kelly go? At this point in the game you are still a team… you win as a team, not as an individual. The candidates are an extremely bright group, however, some of their actions make them look like complete idiots. Let’s start off with the new Apex: Ivana: GIRL, YOU ROCK! Your idea was awesome and I give you credit for not socking Jen after she tried to take credit. This task was all you. You are an obvious threat to her and that is why she had to chime in and try to take credit. Who cares… we all know you were the all-star tonight! Kevin: Are you really going to be an attorney? If you sweat that much on a Levi’s presentation, I would hate to see you in a courtroom! I thought you were going to have a heart attack. You were, however, an excellent PM and I am happy you have an exemption next week. Jen: I don’t need to say anything… Ivana said it all! Kelly: Wes made a good move (for you) when he sent you over to Apex. You could have been stuck in a cab with Maria and Wes. Mosaic: Andy: Now that Chris is gone you are officially my favorite. You have great ideas and I think you said it perfectly: you listen. There is a reason we were born with two ears and one mouth. It seems Donald is having his doubts, so you better step it up next week and lose the nice guy attitude if you want to make it! Maria: Oh jeez, this is hard. You were a bit of a control freak and out of line, but Wes never stopped you. I think he was actually afraid. At least it showed that you are tough and people are scared to confront you. I still think you played an excellent game and the look on your face was hysterical when you had to ride in the cab with Wes. I wish you the best of luck and know that your passion and determination will get you far in life. Wes: You should have "taken off the skirt" and acted like a PM! Your problem? You were too nice and I think a bit afraid of Maria. You really deserved to be fired but you were a trooper and at least kept your sense of humor. I almost wanted you to have your own cab ride for your safety. I think if the cameramen were not there, Maria would have thrown you out of the cab! Okay, this is what I do not get… why can the candidates call George and Carolyn by their first names but have to address Bill as Mr. Rancic? Am I the only one who is confused?
