Heidi's Predictions and Observations...for Season Two

Check back each week for Heidi's commentary!

Episode 6

Finally! The women win a task. I have to say from the start the men had a disadvantage. I would bet money that half of team Mosaic would rather have been shopping at Home Depot than shopping at a fabric store. It was amusing. Carolyn could not even stop laughing. One could almost hear what they were thinking. These men could care less about the clothes women wear because at the end of the day most men would like to see the clothes come off anyway.

So let's get started:

MOSAIC:

Kelly: I have to say I like you more each week. You like to take a leadership role yet you do not mind getting your hands dirty. Who would have thought that you would know how to sketch an outfit? After tonight, I am sure you will get a call from the military to help design new uniforms. Just make sure you do not use Ilse.

Andy: Ok so you really did not do that much this task, however you did not deserve to be in the boardroom and I am glad that Donald Trump felt the same way. Next time you need to stick up for yourself. Do not let people speak to you like you are a little kid. You may look like one, but hey, that does not mean you can't play like the big boys do ;)

Raj: I still think you are awesome. Not one of your best episodes, but as we saw last week you become very distracted when attractive females are in your presence.

Kevin: You definitely proved that you are not one to mess with. You definitely have a presence in the boardroom.

John: I think the main problem with you tonight and it appears this is happening in every episode is that the pm chooses the wrong people to bring in the boardroom. Who cares if someone is liked or not... bring in the people that helped contribute to your loss. Wes should have been in there. That was a fatal mistake and I think you knew it even before Donald brought it up. I do have to ask what on earth were you thinking about the designer. Her outfit alone was a bit frumpy. Plus, she did not seem into the task nor did she have faith in the men. I would have fired her in a second. Overall I think you played a great game. You worked your butt off, were fair for the most part and definitely added value to the team. It is a loss that you are gone but I have no doubt that you will continue to be a success in life.

APEX

Elizabeth: I still do not understand why some of the women underestimate you. I think it is total BS. So what, you analyze? You are being realistic and I think you did a great job on finding out what the buyers need and where the price points should be. I do not get that some team members claim you talk too much. Compared to other women, you are a mute! I mean that in a good way!

Maria: Congrats. I think you were a great PM. You stood your ground, made executive decisions and picked a designer who knew the business and what the market wanted. The outfits were "fabulous":)

Ivana: You said it best when you said that the reward was not about the party, it was not having to go to the boardroom. I still do not understand the animosity towards Elizabeth but overall you were a great asset to the team this week.

Stacy: We really did not see or hear you tonight. Either you were quiet or the camera men could not take it anymore;)

Overall, Apex had a better designer and they were excited about this task. The men I feel lost not only to price but were doomed when they chose the designer. Ilse just did not have the passion that Darren had. Plus, call me crazy but she seemed as happy to be there as Raj was picking out fabrics. I have to agree with Ivana, some of the clothes did look like they were taken from her father's attic. True, the men would not wear these clothes but would they go out with a woman who wore some of the attire?

Next week we finally see the teams mix it up. It will be interesting to see the men and women interact. I have a feeling there will be many fights and disagreements. I can't wait!
