Heidi's Predictions and Observations...for Season Two Check back each week for Heidi's commentary! Episode 4 Yes, I am late in the game but after reading Omarosa's reviews I decided I had to share my opinions to make this a bit more exciting. I like to make it short and sweet. I will try not to be too harsh since I was once in their shoes!! So let's get started. As I am watching the second season I realize more and more why I get along with men better.  These women are vicious, catty and downright mean.  They actually make Omarosa look like a sweet young professional. Okay, let's not push it. Mosaic Raj: You are the man.  You know how to sell, you get along with your teammates and quite frankly your interviews are the most entertaining. Chris:  YEAH!! Finally someone who swears as much as I do!! Not only do I like you because you are a New Yorker but because you are funny, likeable and say it like it is.  Plus, you cuss. Gotta love a man who likes to drop the F BOMB. John:  You are hot...okay, there are other reasons to like you but next time the phone rings in the am can YOU please answer the call, preferably in your boxers? Andy:  You are young but you have had some tremendous ideas and I think you bring a whole lot to the table! I am interested to see you as the PM. Kevin:  All I can say is THANK YOU for sticking up for poor Stacie. You slept like a baby that night because you were thankful you were not on the Apex team. Kelly:  You still frighten me... but so far you have done a great job and I am interested to see how well you play with others. Wes: Were you there tonight? Apex Elizabeth:  You are such a great girl and I would have cried too if I had been stuck on that team.  Keep your head up and stay strong. You seem like a smart woman. The only thing I am afraid of is that you might let these women intimidate you. Stacy R : L'il Stacy, I like you.  You are feisty but hey I have been yelled at many times for having a big mouth too. You were upset tonight and I thought you handled yourself very professionally.  Plus, I have to like someone who is shorter then I am! Jen M: So far you have been very professional.  I am impressed but my question to you is why didn't you stick up for Stacie J. in the boardroom last week if you thought it was so childish and vindictive?  No offense but the point of the boardroom is to bring up the facts during the session not after. Maria: Okay, okay... the designer suit comment was a bit out of line. However, I like you because you were the only one who said I was your favorite from the first season!  Call me biased if you will but hey I am loyal :) Sandy: WHOA don't you know Donald Trump is all about loyalty? You went off on Jen C to some of the other women and claimed she was the best leader yet, you completely turned on her in the boardroom. Hmm...didn't you watch last season with Jessie?? Enough said. Ivana:  You are not afraid to speak your mind and I like that.  I do it all the time and sometimes it gets me into trouble, but for the most part it has been a reason why I am successful.  I just hope that the next time you make a mistake you take some responsibility. Jen C: What on earth were you thinking bringing Stacy R. into the Boardroom? As Bill stated, you must have a good reason for bringing a contestant into the boardroom.  If it gets personal you are history.  It is a part of life that we all do not get along with everyone we work with but keep the personal issues in the suite. You seem very smart and strong, unfortunately you made a mistake and as Donald said "THIS WAS EASY". I wish you luck and think you will remain successful; however, you pissed Donald off the first time you were in the boardroom.  You did it again and ultimately heard the dreaded words..YOU ARE FIRED!!! I think it funny that this year the men are doing whatever it takes to win including using "sex". I am not saying the women need to get out there in mini skirts, however, there is nothing wrong with being charming, flirtatious, etc. I understand you are businesswomen but some of these tasks are not so corporate. Get into it and have some fun with it!! I always said that in work you need to have fun and love what you do. If not you will fail and it's clearly why Apex has lost so far. This may sound corny but there is no I in TEAM. You will not win if you keep fighting.  This is not a game, there are no alliances..if you choose to go that route you will mostly likely hear "YOU'RE FIRED" I can't wait to see next week!!!
