What is your definition of success?

I believe that success is an individually defined goal. For me, it is being able to enjoy life to the fullest and being thankful that I have the ability to do the things that I love to do on a daily basis. It is waking up every morning with another opportunity to better myself, provide for my family, earning and giving respect to those who matter most, and positively influencing the people whom I interact with to create a good balance between my personal and professional life.

Who do you admire both personally and professionally?

On a personal level, the two people I admire most are my parents. My mother was the matriarch of our family with the hardest job in the world of being a mother of three. She taught me to respect my friends and family, to be brave, strong, and to know that I can accomplish anything I put my mind and heart into. She was, and still is, my biggest champion, and I am thankful that she is the person whom I call "mom." My dad instilled in me the desire, dedication, and tenacity to always give 110% at everything I do. He taught me that success requires persistence and perseverance. That you are going to get knocked down once in a while, you just jump back up. Throughout my life, either in the classroom, on the field, as a friend, or as a father and husband, he always preached one thing, "Winning is simply a matter of pride." Together they provided a solid, loving foundation to which I continually build upon and pass to my own children.

Professionally, again, I admire my father. Had it not been for his guidance and experience, I would not have chosen the route to follow in his footsteps and start my own sales business. I also have a deep admiration for the late Vince Lombardi. His "No. 1 Speech" has made a lasting impression on the way I live my life and how I conduct my business. Believing that, "Winning is not a sometime thing; it's an all-the-time thing," and applying that type of heartfelt desire into everything in my life has had an enormous influence on who I am.

What did you learn from the last season of The Apprentice?

A few things that I learned from watching last season's show: Stick up for yourself at all costs; Respect authority and be a team player when appropriate; Sex sells; Trust no one but yourself; Watch out for falling drywall; Ad banners mysteriously end up in dumpsters; And no matter what you do, never, ever misplace Jessica Simpson!

What has been your biggest challenge in the pursuit of your career goals?

Over the past nine years, I have been personally running my own business with very limited help establishing and maintaining my client base. I am constantly challenged with both managing all of my customer's needs and goals, as well as finding the time to recruit and earn new business. With the old adage, "Time is money," I'd have to say that my furious search for the ever elusive 25th hour in the day has been quite the battle!

If you had a super power, what would it be and why?

My super power would be to have the ability of telepathic impression. The way I would use it would be the same as the Jedi mind trick. Being able to plant an image or message into someone else's mind to control how and what they think would be an extremely powerful tool. "Rob is the most phenomenal man I've ever seen!" See there, it's working and you didn't even know it!
