Ivana, 28, earned her B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a concentration in Finance.  Upon graduation, Ivana immediately entered the highly competitive field of venture capital as one of 9 investment professionals at ABS Capital Partners, a firm with over $1.5 billion under management.  At ABS, she was quickly promoted and joined a team of three to launch the Boston office.  In 2003, Ivana joined Advent International where she worked with Global 500 companies such as Samsung, Toshiba, McGraw-Hill, MasterCard and NTT DoCoMo. During her five years in venture capital, Ivana helped invest over $100 million  and worked with the senior management teams of numerous Global 2000 businesses.  No stranger to the boardroom, Ivana has been involved at the Board level with companies such as Aptegrity (now Globix Corporation), Captivate Networks (now Gannett Co., Inc.), Cyveillance, NSI Software and Workscape. Ivana is involved with various non profit organizations such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and United Cerebral palsy of MetroBoston.  She lives in Boston with her fiancé, Brian.
