What is your definition of success?

My definition of success is gaining the respect of the people I admire most, living well, laughing often, having the ability to do whatever I want whenever I want to do it, and leaving my mark on society. There are different measures of success. No one would dispute that there were richer men than Albert Einstein, George Washington, and Abraham Lincoln, however, can anyone dispute the mark they left on future generations.

Who do admire both personally and professionally?

My dad has always been an individual I admire more then anyone I know. He taught me the value of hard work, integrity, honesty, loyalty, sacrifice and keeping ones word. Any business man who exudes those qualities are ones that I respect and admire.

What did you learn from the last season of The Apprentice?

Don't sell lemonade in a fish market; Don't fall asleep in the middle of a task; If you are gonna sweat all day riding around on a rickshaw make sure it has advertising on it; Always meet with your client; and last but not least avoid picking Omarosa for your team at all costs.

What has been your biggest challenge in the pursuit of your career goals?

Learning the art of compromise. I believe that if you win all your battles sooner or later no one will want to go to war with you. It has been an ongoing learning process for me that you need to give in a little sometimes to achieve your goals.

If you had a super power, what would it be and why?

The ability to read minds. You would have the ability to know when someone is trying to pull one over on you and beat them to the punch.
