What is your definition of success?

Success to me consists of taking care of the people who have taken care of me. I hope to listen more than I talk and to treat everyone I meet with respect. Whether I am on the top of the business world or at the bottom, I want to stay true to my principles - because as Charlie Sheen says in Wall Street, "no matter how much Bud Fox wants to be Gordon Gekko; he will always just be Bud Fox."

Who do you admire both personally and professionally?

Above all, I admire my parents, who have dedicated their lives to ensuring that my three brothers and I received the best of everything. My parents always took the time to share their interests and love with my brothers and me - and were never too busy to go to our soccer games or a tennis match. Continually stressing the values of a good education and hard work, my parents have shown me that there are no shortcuts in life to any place worth going. Always treating everyone they encounter with respect, my parents are the best role models a kid could have. As for my three demanding older brothers, they have always expected more from me than anyone else, and I will be forever grateful for their inspiration and support. My biggest hope is that one day I can treat my children with the same amount of compassion, respect, and love that my parents have shown me.

Professionally, I admire JetBlue Airways CEO David Neeleman. Mr. Neeleman personally takes the time each week to sort luggage and clean airplanes to better understand every aspect of his company. All people - from executives to custodial staff - deserve the right to be heard and Mr. Neeleman understands that; as a result, JetBlue has prospered in the toughest of industries. His decision to allow employees to answer calls at home (instead of at call-centers) enables working parents to spend more time with their families while increasing JetBlue's productivity and reducing company costs. Mr. Neeleman demonstrates that treating employees and customers thoughtfully is not only the right thing to do - but also a profitable way to do business.

What did you learn from the last season of the Apprentice?

1. Always stay on Carolyn and George's good side.

2. Taking a nap during a task is not a good idea.

3. Trump Ice is the world's most refreshing water.

4. NBC has an unbeatable Thursday night line-up.

What has been your biggest challenge in pursuit of your career goals?

Convincing people to loan me money.

If you had a super power, what would it be and why?

If I had a super power, I would build a time machine and rework history to allow Dan Marino to quarterback the Miami Dolphins to a Super Bowl victory. The people of South Florida have waited too long for a Championship season, and Dan Marino holds too many all-time NFL records to be denied a Super Bowl ring - something must be done to fix this past injustice. I would also have no choice but to throw a little money on the game to pay for the maintenance of the time machine and my early retirement.
